Treats for you.

Hello everyone.

I have a little Christmas theme project to share with you.

I made these tags for treats I will be baking for my sons teacher... neighbors.... and family.
I first used the Sweet scallop die and cut out 6 tags using some My Minds eye 6x6 paper.  It is the Lost and Found Christmas paper from last year. I used Distress ink in Walnut stain to ink the edges. I used the Holiday Treats stamp set. I used the Walnut stain ink to stamp the sentiment along with the snowflakes. I used some gems I had in my stash and put them in the middle of the snowflakes. I used some twine ribbon to add to the top and add a little bow.

Here is a couple more pictures.

I also used the Award banner trim die.  I also used the Tagged rectangle die.   I used some Blue Fern Studios chipboard that I have used paint, embossing powder and LSG Magicals. I stamped the sentiment with Momento ink. I finished the card off with May Arts silk ribbon and a Prima flower.

Delight. Leaky Shed Studios project.

I have created a layout. I have used many fabulous chipboard pieces from Leaky Shed Studios.

What I did with the chipboard is pretty easy. I painted them with Gesso and them used some sprays on them from Lindys Stamp Gang. I wanted to create a layout with few colors and make it very shabby looking. I also wanted to step out of my creative box and use blue.
I used the Picket fence which I painted and stamped on it. I also used some spray on it. I also used the Flower corner and pained and sprayed it as well.  I used my favorite items from LSS which are the Spring Butterflies.

Here are some up close pictures of the layout.

I used the So Fluttery stamp set.

I used a Tim Holtz clock that I painted with a few coats of gesso. I then used LSG clam bake beige and south shore sand to give it some color. I added some cheesecloth for more texture.  I also used some Shimmerz texturez. The flowers I used are from Manor House Creations and the chipboard butterfly and flourish are from Leaky Shed studios. I stamped the sentiment with Momento ink.  I used a paper doily in the back of the clock. I then added a Prima chipoard piece then layered the butterfly on it.
